We, the undersigned, declare that the policy of land withdrawal and expulsion of Jews from their homes in Yehuda and Shomron (the "West Bank"), as well as the policy of dividing Jerusalem, violates the Jewish right to and the integrity of the Land of Israel and our eternal capital of Jerusalem, and constitutes an immediate and long-term threat to the survival of the Jewish state and to the safety of the Jewish people.
